Very workable staff and very helpful. Stayed there more than twice and i will def go there again :). I even got good treatment for my birthday.....The guests were friendly and the staff was friendly. The location is good for transport to the city and walking distance for the night life

This has been my worst experience. Nothing works! the staff is horrible and curses you to no end and the manager speaks to them on the phone and never comes to visit the hotel to resolve any situation. The reservation system stinks. The staff is very rude and has no clue about customer service. Rooms not cleaned daily. Every front desk employee tells you something different and the manager seems to be operating remotely. Very poor experience.

ATTENTION: if you are used to American hotels this is NOT the place for you. I stayed here on business when visiting Port of Spain.
