Our eagerly awaited six-day holiday in San Juan was nearly ruined by staying at the Conrad. Stayed 5 nights but even though we told them 5 times the air conditioning was not working they didn't fix it. We stayed here one night before a cruise. The view from the ocean view room was beautiful, but the city views, where friends stayed, were views of roof tops with utilities on buildings next door.
