This was my 2nd time in Punta Cana at an all inclusive resort. I upgraded to the preferred service which included a separate check-in, private bar and pool. The service is excellent, every room was neat. The food was fresh and really good. Diana Rodriguez concierge was excellent she really help us with everything we needed. I will really recommend to anybody this resort.

We had such an amazing time at this Dreams resort! The grounds are beautiful, the service is excellent, the rooms were spacious and clean.
