The Fior di Loto is one of the most inexpensive places to stay in Juan Dolio and only a five minute walk from restaurants and the beach. I've stayed here numerous times and it has great decorations, a friendly staff, and a good overall atmosphere. They have hot water usually in the mornings and at night.

i have been going there for years. the best and most relaxing & safest place to spend your time in DR. just wonderful experience every time. mIra is the best host ever and her staff is as good and honest as they get. she picks them right. will be back soon to visit & eventually retire and stay long term.

Great place, really affordable. Mara is wonderful, and there truly is something special about Fior Di Loto! The beach is a close walk away, and Juan Dolio is only 45 minutes cab ride from Santo Domingo. Very lovely place, neat decor, and interesting, affordable place to stay!
