Perfect location as far as the beach. Clean rooms and helpful concierge. Plenty of restaurants and bars right on the beach of the hotel property. The Marriott's Surf Club was very nice. The walk to the beach was a little further than we expected but not too bad. It was close to all the restaurants and shopping. The air conditioner has a leaking pipe and has to be shut down for a few days for repair. This problem seems to be from a lack of maintenance since other reviews address this issue. More

Accommodations & location are outstanding BUT the beach leaves a lot to be desired. Fortunately it is a VERY short walk to the public beach. Marriott beach is just too large and too crowded. It is impossible to get a palapa anywhere near the water without paying on a per diem basis. Good casino. More
