Extremely clean and tidy in a lovely location with great scenery! Staff are very friendly and even remembered what drinks you like to order from the bar. The rooms were comfortable and warm and the food was tasty with lots of choice! I would highly recommend a visit to this hotel.

A useful,rural location for local attractions in East Cumbria/West Northumberland and Northern Pennines but do not expect luxury.
