A lovely welcome from the host Carol...away from the bustle of York. Extremely clean room views to the open fields at the back... Carol recommended a lovely place to eat, which we did, and suggested some nice walks in the fields near the cottage. Breakfast was fantastic will be returning!

Stayed for one night whilst travelling back from Edinburgh. Lovely location, just a short drive from centre of York. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Service was excellent as was the breakfast served. Will definitely be booking again when we visit York again. Felt very welcome from the moment we arrived to when we left.
