Over priced... Terrible food for breakfast... Barbecue area is okay.. The cockatoos and macaws are beautiful birds.. But it will wake up the hotel guests if they screech. All in all... I am disappointed with lotus hotel in desaru.

I booked 3D2N 2 Bedroom, Paid RM 744/night As soon as I checked into room floor tiles were dirty. HouseKeeping just cleared the dustbins no cleaning and they did not even provide fresh towels. had to call housekeeping and get new towel.. Breakfast is too bad , quality of food was not good.
