We enjoyed a super day at Downe as a group of 6. We had the place to ourselves and were treated to two excellent therapies, a delicious lunch and a fabulous cream tea. Just what we needed! The service was excellent from start to finish and we'd go back again in a heartbeat.

Spent a pamper day with my daughters (29 & 30). So relaxing and such an informal atmosphere yet very attentive staff. Treatments were superb, lunch and cream tea delicious and we didn't want to leave.
