Good clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent service from all members of staff. The best thing is the location at the bottom of the canyon. It was great to be able to take a walk after dinner when al the day visitors had left. More

Off-season must be the time to visit Zion. The cabins are plentiful. The buses don't run. Breakfast is included with a booking. Ice on some trails didn't even mar the experience for us. First, check-in. The staffer at the counter was friendly and helpful, answering lots of our questions about which hikes were open and passable and which ones were... More

We stayed here in December 2011 and found it lovely, we thought our cabin was gorgeous and the wood burner made it really cosy, even with it being well below freezing outside. The setting was fantastic, the service was friendly and efficient and the food was great (particularly the good, hearty breakfasts). The were only a couple of small things... More

From this lodge you reach the very heart of Zion canyon, it's a beautiful and perfectly managed recreational area to have rest, plan trips, admire the river, trees, rock formations. The restaurant offers variety from biergarten to dinner hall or lounge bar, and the personnel is really friendly. The rooms are beside the main building in a quiet area, perfeclty... More

Yes the room heater is horribly noisy and will wake you all night - what management idiot picked out this new system??? but staying in a romantic log cabin with a gas fireplace after an unexpectedly charming dinner in the rustic lodge- and seeing those amazing stars- then waking to the sun on those stunning red cliffs---exceeds all expectations, even for... Worth every penny to stay in the park and walk about in the evening and early morning. As a special treat take a cabin with a fire place and go in fall or early winter. Secluded- easy to hike in the cooler weather and the most fabulous breakfast buffet is included. Our favorite spot and place to stay! More

Staying right in Zion lets you do that every morning. Last Christmas we staying Zion in one of the lodge cabins & liked it so much we went back again but tried one of the hotel rooms. The cabins are smaller but have a fireplace. No fireplace in the hotel rooms but the rooms are roomier & have TV's. The... More

Great place all around. We're going back this summer. Only complaint is the AC system is a little noisy, but for the beauty of the place, we could deal with that. More

Our stay at the lodge was in winter. The accommodation was comfortable and affordable for a family. The rooms are adequate and certainly not 'ritzy'. The restaurant was fine. The food good and the staff friendly and attentive. More

Lovely arts and crafts furniture, western decor, renovated bath and a game room down the hall - this was our favorite place we stayed on a recent vacation. As a family of five, space is a premium, and the lodge provided an air mattress (all made up with bedding, etc) for our extra child (who at age 11, reported it... More
