What an amazing place, this was without doubt the highlight of our trip in October, we stayed the night in one of the covered wagons and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We were made to feel very welcome and part of the 'ranch family' for a day, the views are breathtaking and the home cooked food delicous (thet even catered... More

OK, it's not South Rim, but to us, this was oh, so much better. Tons of ranch activities. A real working ranch. Besides the 30 guests, no one - literally, for 50 miles in any direction. And you can quad bike right up to the rim of the canyon. More

When we signed up for a rafting trip with the Arizona River Runners, I was disappointed to learn that our first night would be on a ranch. So I arrived with great apprehension. However I quickly learned that this would be a wonderful experience. The staff was fun and they quickly learned everyone's name. The activities and fabulous food added... More

An absolutely amazing place in the middle of dessert. The fact that you are so far away from "technology" meaning laptops, cell phone reception etc. makes the whole "ranch experience" even more exciting! People there were the best! They did everything to keep us happy and make us feel like home! Everything! Food was amazing, the whole ranch was extremely... More

I travelled to Bar 10 Ranch with my 3 girlfriends. We did not stay there but after visiting it for the day would love to return to stay. We flew from Las Vegas in a small plane (everyone gets a window seat) and then made a short journey via a jeep to the ranch. The group was small and there... More

What a cool place. It is literally in the middle of nowhere which I loved. No cell phone reception, no computers, no stress! The people who run Bar 10 are very hospitable and kind! They really took care of us. My brother and I kicked off a rafting trip in the Grand Canyon at Bar 10 and even though we... More

Difficult to know where to start other than our stay at the Bar 10 was a brilliant finale to a great trip to America. We were made to feel so welcome and the Bar 10 is such a special place that I can't recommend it highly enough. We stayed in covered wagons under a full moon that was so bright... More

"camp" in luxury. most people come here to drop into the Grand Canyon for a river rafting trip. We rode our dual sport motorcycles here but got to join in the activities of the rafting group - horseback riding, skeet shooting, atv ride, evening cowboy show. pros: food, service, comfortable beds in the covered wagons, star gazing cons: no alcohol... I flew here as part of small (11 people) tour on small plane from Las Vegas. Went over Hoover Dam, up the Colorado River, landed in the Canyon. Guide picked us up in van, drove about 5 minutes to the Bar 10 Ranch. It was in the middle of nowhere, and we were the only people there that day. The... More

The other reviews pretty much sum it up. I have been to the Grand Canyon on 2 prior occasions but nothing comes close to this. If you like seeing the best that nature that has to offer "uncensored", "no frills attached" "laid bare" then this is the place for you. It is somewhere to put life back into perspective, to... More
