2nd time visiting centre parcs....aaaaaaamazing place...a kids wonderland... All you really need is the pool and it's balmy temperatures, our 3 year old cried each day leaving it its such fun for them... But, if you do some activities you're in for a treat... from painting pottery (pots for tots) where we designed a "superhero" figurine and a plate which my 6month old put a hand print on, to science experiments, to meeting owls- unbelievable experiences for not just the children.... The owl experience is absolutely fabulous, Niall is beyond knowledgeable and the adults learned a lot😊 The food in all restaurants is fantastic, special mention to Michelle in the Indian restaurant, a real gem!!! The setup of centre parcs is incredible, runs like clock work...the lodges are lovely, they're better than many houses being built these days... its an ideal place to bring kids, grandparents, even the family dog.... We've already booked it for next year.…

Very nice cabins. Restaurants average. Tropical Paradise very good. We got a Cabana as had a grandparent with us and they loved it. Spa was lovely. Only one criticism. Not everything in the cabin was cleaned or re-stocked. Our cabin slept 6 and there were 3 adults and 2 kids. We had only 2 wine glasses and 4 forks. Tea area, oven and fire stove were not cleaned and we found a dirty towel in one bathroom. But that said, I loved the Cabin and its surroundings. We were in Pine. Definitely go back as so many activities to do.

We stayed in Centre Parcs Langford for four nights and really enjoyed every minute of it. This was our second trip and it was as good as the first. We arrive early on the Monday to avoid the cues parked the car and headed straight for the pool until check in time at 4pm. Lodge We stayed in the 3 bed lodge 214 it was lovely, clean and warm. We brought our bikes so it was a short cycle/walk away from the center of the village. Food The first night we eat in Bella Italia I had heard a lot of good reports about this restaurant, however on the night this was not our experience of it. The service was slow, the Childrens chicken goujons were cold and had to be set back to the kitchen. The soft play area is nice for smaller kids to play in. The second restaurant we eat in was Rajinda Pradesh it was fabulous. We would recommend it! The pancake house was brilliant. The children loved it and the pancake were great light and fluffy. It was so nice getting the stack of pancakes to your table. Great place for lunch. Finally we used the dining in delivery to our lodge. We got pizza and chips. It was perfect, delivery was quick arrived at our lodge with the time range given in a heated delivery bag. It’s nice if you don’t want the hassle of leaving the lodge. Activities We did the teddy bear making with our 6 year old she loved it. Hair braiding with 6 year old and 12 year old girls they were trilled with the results. Ball wall as a family it was brilliant fun and a work out. We would recommend it. Sadly our Ariel adventure slots were cancelled due to snow. Swimming pool everyday, the slides are great fun. The outdoor swimming pool is lovely and warm real nice being outside in the warm water while it’s frosty. There’s something for each age group to do in the pool. The shops on site are good value and we’ll stocked. Overall another great trip and we can’t wait to return. 👍 Centre Parcs…

Excellent location for a family break. Kids had fab fun. Excellent spa for parents. Even Grandparents. Drinks bit pricey, but you'd get over that. Food decent value. Id definitely recommend the Italian restaurant. BELA ITALIA . Pool is top class. Real tropical feeling.. Booking again already for later in year.

Absolute s__te if you dont book way a head for food. The takeaway service is junk. Pizzs of kids food thats it in January .indian takeaway is all chinese food, that's if you can even get an order in very disappointing from that end.

What an adventure from start to end. Something for all ages. Delighted to gave tried it and will definitely go again. Accommodation was perfect, clean and spacious. Facilities were great too. It was very easy to fill yr day up and have something different to do each day . Never board. Food was lovely too. We were not rushed once . Staff throughout were friendly and helpful .

This is without a doubt the holiday that has everything. Completely geared for kids of all ages. Food, activities, pool, outdoor and indoor programs for the kids. It was endless fun and we loved every second of it. Play areas in most restaurants for the kids.

We visited at Christmas , ( have rated our stay as average based on the lodge which really did annoy me) it was our second time spending Christmas in Centreparcs. We got delayed enroute to the park & knew we were going to miss our slot to visit Santa so I messaged centerparcs on Facebook messenger & they were very helpful & sorted it out for us. As we were running late it also meant we were late to Bella Italia but the staff were so friendly & again we were accommodated & the food was really nice & kids enjoyed the soft play area. We got to our lodge after 6pm & when I walked in I could see it was not clean. The kitchen sink wasn’t clean, there was hair in the cutlery drawer, the bedrooms were clearly not hoovered as there were plastic tags from clothes on all the floors in bedrooms. Toilet seats & toilets were not clean. I walked into the living area & it was not hoovered & there was a dirty sticky patch right between the couch & Carpet that I got stuck on ( I have pictures) . Floors were clearly not mopped & I took the Hoover out ( so disappointing after spending alot of money to stay for Christmas) myself & there was no mop to wash the floors. When I took the high chair out the straps were filthy …. It may seem petty but when we stayed in 2021 there was a lovely welcome message on the blackboard & a card there was none of that this year. I did call customer services the next day ( xmas eve ) to tell them & they apologised & offered to send somebody up but at that point I had hoovered & bleached toilets myself I just asked for a mop to be dropped up but it never was …. To be fair they rang back & offered us a free activity a boat trip or bowling but neither suited as we have a child with additional needs. We did breakfast with Santa , felt the food wasn’t as good as previous year & when we received the pastries etc I could see there was very little on our stand compared to other tables & it is expensive - it was over €100 for breakfast …. We had a great time in the pool - staff were very friendly … visited ‘ the store’ a few times & lovely staff there too …. We dined in the Italian on our last night again … staff were lovely as was food but we waited over an hour to receive our food but the kids didn’t notice as they had a great time in the soft play area. We also went for the dine in option on Xmas eve - it’s a great service - lovely food - arrived hot & bang on time same as previous year. I can see I’m not the only person to complain about the standards of cleaning in the lodges - i feel an apology simply isn’t good enough after spending a lot of money to stay there - it’s an area that you must improve on - lodges need to be deep cleaned regularly. I also saw another commented on hoovers not working great & I agree - maybe you should invest in hoovers that actually work it might make life easier for those working in house keeping ! Also is there not a manager that checks lodges to ensure they are ready for guests & up to standard ? I love centerparcs especially at Christmas & would hope not to experience this again ….…

Very good room with a lot of activities for kids and great swimming pool, second visit and I will be back for sure. One of the best holidays we have ever done- so well catered to family and children. Our children are very young and we found the choice and price of activities very reasonable. The way there are no cars and they can explore and cycle is superb. Good restaurants for food too! Pool is excellent!
