The new people running the Porepunkah Pines are just SO lovely - more than accomodating to requests, friendly and offer more of a service than previous people. We had a group of 20 and rented several cabins (including the Spa cabin) and everyone commented on how clean the cabins were - moreso than in the past when we have visited.... More

Spent two nights here. Had a wonderful time, staff at Reception were very helpful. The cottage was clean. The surrounds are picturesque. Even the other people passing through were super friendly. Would definitely come back.

Had a great Christmas at this campground. Facilities are great - pool was a major attraction for us and our 2 kids (2yrs and 5yrs old). Stayed in an ensuite site near the river. Site was grassed and had a concrete slab, bathroom was clean and floor mats provided. Camp kitchen was nearby and had kettle, toaster, microwave fridge/freezer and... More

We have stayed at Porepunkah Pines several times in various forms of there accommodation in all seasons from Powered camp to the family cabin. Each stay has been very relaxing with excellent staff, clean amenities & well looked after facilities. The park overlooks the Ovens River with walking/cycling tracks near by.

We had a pleasant stay here, however, it was a very expensive for a four night stay. Our family of 5 ( 2 adults and 3 kids under 6) camped in a powered site, which we had to have as we were told there were no unpowered sites available and it cost us $291. The only thing we used our... More

Good camp site within easy distance from well looked after camp kitchen. Toilets and showers had extra touch with shower curtains and mats. An overall nice stay in autumn.

Stayed four nights for a cycling camp in one of the Spa Cabins fronting the Ovens River. Well fitted out cabin with everything you could need, AirCon, Laundry, Shower/Bath, Kitchen, TV etc. WiFi available for additional charge, which was not too expensive. Friendly helpful staff who were very well versed in the needs of a group of cyclists.

We stayed in the peak season and sure it was a nice place to stay but we have 3 1/2 year old twins and were charged $13 per child per night on top of the $45 powered site hire. $71 per night for a (young) family of four is excessive and although I am not an experienced camper I know... More

I have been travelling to this Caravan park for the past 15 years - my family owned a caravan for 10 of those years and since selling the caravan we have been returning on a yearly basis for the past 5 years with a very large group of us every June. During this time the park has been run by... More
