“Ok place to stay for one night”

Cheap but ok hotel to stay if you're planning to continue your journey to the islands, diving, etc. the next day. Villa Market shopping mall, including the biggest grocery store in Chalong, restaurants and other nice shops are quite nearby, but be ready to walk few hundred meters.

“Pleasant reception, free homegrown fruit, jump in pool from room”

No restaurant but free coffee, fresh fruit in season, tiny shop across street. Frozen entrees available. Great shops for western groceries block away at HomePro Village. Bookstore w maps, also. Thin walls, plenty of places To sit outside. Not much English but pleasant staff. Interesting neighborhood walking. Refrigerator n room. Snacks available for sale in office. I have stayed here many times during my holidays here in Phuket and have always found it to be clean, tidy and the staff very helpful.
