On arrival, we were greeted warmly by our host, Catherine, and invited into the sitting room where we enjoyed a warming peat fire and fresh scones with tea. The B&B is in the country so it's very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed wandering thru a near-by cemetery accompanied by the family cat, and stretched our legs on the country lanes....

This is a lovely place to stay--clean, quiet, and beautiful area. Our gracious hostess, Catherine, met us with tea and fresh scones with strawberry jam and a warming peat fire. The beds and showers were above average and the cotton sheets felt wonderful. There are some very nice country lanes for quiet walks.
