“Good hotel with excellent service”

The service provided was excellent from the GM who gave personal attention to solve an issue right down to the ground staff. Service staff are helpful, fast and resourceful. “Good for business meetings (and families)”

Surin beach is comparatively quiet vs. patong beach, and way cleaner. Love the beach a lot, however as it seems to be only 2 hotels which are highly rated and thus price of mostly everything are well, "high". It's a beautiful hotel with great service but if you are travelling with young kids or elderly, do request for a room that is nearer to the lobby. Ours was on the 2nd block and boy it was a looooooong walk to our room.

We stayed there two weeks on March 2013, father with a 7 yrs. daughter. Hotell is average 4star hotel. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Quite many russian tourists, most of them ok however. Good location, quiet. M and V.

“Best hotel in Surin”

Stayed in this hotel for 12 nights and had a very enjoyable stay. Hotel is close to beach, also has a nice pool and very good gym. Staff were highly efficient and very welcoming. Breakfast is also good. Free Wifi needs to be improved, you need to have a password that expires after an hour.
