This hotel has potential to be lovely but needs lots of TLC, the views of Karon beach are amazing.The manager was ignorant unless you had a Thai girl with you, however the staff were lovely and helpful. there was about 121 steps down to the beach of vastly varying height, Ants ant Mozzies were a problem
