A lovley guesthouse only 3-5 min to both kata and karon beach. Helpfull and friendly staff and owner. The rooms are cheap so you wont go broke. Its close to alot of bars and resturants and got a 7 eleven just across the street. If i get back to phuket i will definitly book here again.

I stayed there for around 8 nights in the middle of December. Originally only for 4 days but kept missing the check out. Staff were very friendly and accomodating and the rooms were very clean and good value. Right next to bars/restaurants. PS. Sorry for losing my key!

We booked a room with no window but got a room with a balcony. It would have been nice but the view was quite bad - some kind of wasteland. Stayed for 3 nights ok price for high season clean aircon clean bathroom nice staff offered to clean room every day- decent place to stay 5 min walk from kata beach- Right near to the bars- my mates got a couple of local girls for 2000baht for both for the night- great times

Good and clean room. In the center of kata beach. Just 3 minutes to the beach.
