Comfortable guest house in Melville. Quiet location, convenient; short walk to the mall and good restaurants nearby. Christina and her staff made us feel very welcome. Great breakfast. My room was on the lower level; bit dark and no door to the toilet. OK for single and rate was cheaper than rooms on the main floor.

Sunbury house is in a lovely neighbourhood where we felt quite safe to walk to the restaurants and cafes of melville during the day. We were here just for 1 night for resting before our long drive to Kruger. We stayed in the Yellow room. Overall a very nice stay. Highly recommended. the room was spacious and nice- the blue room - bathroom was great - free wireless- wonderful host - sumptuous breakfast and christina was most helpful with directions and organizing taxis. close proximity to 7th street melvile - with great choice of restaurants, bars and 2hand book stores love it

Just stopped over for a night on our way thru Jo'Burg but we were very pleasantly surprised by the general atmosphere of the place. A nice little villa with a few rooms, with prices starting from just over 300R. And to top it up, a great English breakfast to get you started in the morning included!

We stayed here for five nights in November and were more than pleased. Their driver connection picked us up at the airport which was wonderful upon arrival.
