The room is really spacious, very comfy bed, and tea/coffee facilities with little snacks and biscuits which is a lovely touch. We had a very warm welcome, a nice room and every day a perfect breakfast with selfmade marmelade and muffins was offered (best muffins ever had). The B&B is perfect located to visit Doubtful Sound and Milford Sound and it is far enough from the "standard bus tourist" - a relaxing surrounding.

Far more appealing than noisier Te Anau, Manapouri is a charming lakeside town on the edge of nowhere, the perfect place to spend a couple of nights when heading for the Doubtful Sound.
