Badly maintained room. With stains on the chairs. Ants and cockroaches everywhere. When we check in at 1600hrs, there was no bath towels and was informed that the towels will only arrive at 1800hrs. We we told to collect the towels from the reception. Would never stay there again. Lesson learned and regretted.

Stayed there two night to come out with this observation. Poorly maintained place. One of the 2-room unit has no windows. Place look eerie. For a 2-room unit, there is only ONE TOILET. Location: It is not far away from Penang Intl Airport, abt 15-20 mins drive away. The nearest big shopping mall is Queensbay which takes abt 10-15 mins drive away. Avoid at all costs! Flood in the creepy hallway, construction in the lobby, disgustingly dirty rooms, uncomfortable pillow/mattress, and no breakfast restaurants anywhere!
