Kato Stalos is easily reached by bus from Chania in about 10 min. The hotel is amazing. It is very clean!!!!! The beds are a tad hard but not as bad as in most European hotels. First of all, this is not a five star hotel but more like a four star facility. Still a very nice place, especially if you are not traveling with kids. “Family Friendly Hotel”

A modern hotel, with adult and children's pools, access to beach, 3 minutes away through tunnel under road. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Children welcome. Nothing too much bother. Enormous choice on breakfast buffet. Rooms large, clean and with balconies.
