We had a very enjoyable one night stay in the lodge. The owners were very help full and informative about things to do and see in the area. the rooms and public areas were very comfortable and the breakfast basket was a very good idea.

Stanford River Lodge is an exceptional lodge on the River Klein. It has spectacular views to the Overberg; the food is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. John & Valda make truly wonderful hosts and we enjoyed our stay there so much. We shall return.
