Owners overinvested into bricks and mortar, but underinvested into staff. Our experience was clumsy in each step: bad advice on SPA programs; bad management of chosen ones; waitresses without a clue though only 5 tables were filled in 15 table restaurant and so on and on. Also, estate is on outskirts of main Birstonas.
