Stayed here at the weekend past and thought it was fantastic. I arrived late evening so can't comment on dinner or the pub, but the rooms and breakfast were excellent. The rooms were clean, fresh and beds were perfect. Breakfast was superb, the lady who served us was a pleasure to deal with. More

It's not every hotel that provides a bed warmer for OAP visitors and as for having your puddings plus some lovely chocs delivered to your room so you could watch a TV programme - that goes well above and beyond the call of duty! We picked the hotel because of the glowing reports on Tripadvisor and they were not wrong.... More

After our first visit just had to return; restaurant and hotel to be recommended. Great location and coach from Dublin airport coach takes you to within a 3-minute walk of hotel, couldn't be easier to access. Love the new Bistro menu and the rooms/beds are so comfortable, you can't fail to have a good night's sleep! Well worth a visit... More

Stayed in this hotel for a New Year break and what a find! It is situated in a small and pretty village - easily accessible from Dublin airport via car or the airport bus which stops right outside the hotel taking just over an hour. The rooms were of a very high standard, clean, comfortable and well appointed and the... More

Just returned from 2 nights over New Year. Gala dinner was fantastic, Top Class food, wine ( and Guiness! ) plus tremendous entertainment. How the band kept going for so long beats me but they did and were first class. Throughout our stay hospitality was first class and food always excellent quality and value. Recommend the local sausages and bacon... More

Stayed here just before Christmas in the height of the snow! The new owners are currently renovating the bedrooms and we were lucky enough to be treated to one of these - beautiful! Relaxing, warm & cosy, didnt want to leave! Usually would visit different restaurants but couldnt pass up on the food served at The Yew Tree, really delicious,... More

Stayed here in October 2010 on recommendation from friends who stayed there a couple of weeks earlier. This is a real find and we will certainly be back! The rooms are tradtional and clean (with refurbishment of the rooms underway ~ we got chatting to the new owners, who established The Yew Tree in April 2010 and who took over... More

Stayed here for a friend's wedding (up the road in the BelAir). Having read the other reviews on the site we pulled up with some trepidation - but at €65 room only, we thought we'd give it a lash. Have to say, check-in was friendly and efficient; room and bathroom were clean; TV worked; bed was comfy. We heard that... More

Stayed here for one night while visiting family. Thank Goodness it was only to sleep. The bedcovers were dirty and extremely dusty. I had to pack them away and put them in the closet, but too late- between the dust in the bedding and the cobwebs on the ceiling and thick dust and grime on the lampshades, headboards, and dresser,my... Futher to my previous review I have stayed at this establishment on numerous occasions since and I was very pleasanly surprised with the improvements that have taken place. A new breakfast room has been opened with breakfast now available all day, the quality of the food offered is exellent and for very reasonable prices too. The breads are baked on... More
