We have stayed with Mr and Mrs Oconnor on a number of occasions over the years, when we have visited the far West coast of Ireland by car. The rooms are comfortable, breakfasts excellent and there is always a friendly and helpful family atmosphere. on this working farm. Liscannor is an ideal base for visiting The Cliffs of Moher, Doolin... More

Mr and Mrs O'connor make you most welcome and when you arrive at Castleview Farmhouse a cup of tea with cake or scones helps you relax after your long journey. Our room was comfortable and exceptionally clean and tidy. The farm house breakfast had plenty of choice was delicious and unhurried. We stayed at 'Castleview' over three days to explore... More

Tommy & Patsy are very nice and are classic example of country Ireland. Tommy and local residents will give you that sing-song melodic accent the Irish are known for. This is a perfect base camp for Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, Doolin, Aran Islands, Lisconner, Bunratty Castle or surfing at Lehinch. Their B&B is comfortable and clean and more spacious... More

This is a bright and well-cared for home with thoughtful touches. The atmosphere felt just right: neither commercialized nor so informal as to be intrusive on your privacy. Patsy, the mother of the house, has a natural gift for unpretentious hospitality. We were served tea on arrival and enjoyed sitting in the sunroom and other visitor space, browsing through excellent... More

I have stayed here a couple of times and enjoyed both visits. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is perfect for visiting The Cliffs of Moher, the traditional Irish session in the local pub in Doolin, the Aran Islands and the Burren of Co. Clare. The house is located on a working farm with a fantastic view... More
