under Italian ownership a complete disaster. There is no investment and the quality of the rooms is just awful. It stinks. Furthermore there were many electricity blackouts, which they seem unable to fix. The beach is great however, but that is probably the inly thing..... If you want a nice and decent place, we recommend to look for another hotel.
