“NOT BEST BUT GOOD ECONOMY HOTEL IN NEW DIGHA.”

It is very wrong that rate your hotel as bad hotel.Room condition is very good as your price range.Food quality is very good & tasty.Room service is quite impressive.Your staff behaviour is sensible.Average cleanliness.All over in this price range,it is very hard to find this type of hotel in NEW DIGHA.

“Not Good, Average Type”

I stay here for 2 days.I booked 2 nos. non AC rooms at ground floor. But rooms are very congusted.Here I feel suffocation problem. The hotel is not near to the beach.Distance is very far from beach. Room quality is very poor. I don't like it to stay for second times.But stuff behaviour is good.

I along with my family stayed in this hotel in rooms 208, 210.I had a very disappointing stay. the rooms were dirty with pan spits strewn on the walls of the room- repeated pleas to the house keeping dept to clean up fell to the deaf ears. In our recent family visit to Digha,we planned to stay at Hotel Shantiniketan which we experienced as an excellent comfortable hotel for family stay.The hotel personnel including the people in higher management are very much concerned about the guests.If everything favours,my stay during the next trip at Digha shall be at Shantiniketal hotel only. “Very Good Hotel to stay at New Digha”

It is really a very good hotel to stay at New Digha. Location, Room, Food, everything was nice to me and my total group. Every one of us would like to revisit there at the time next visit of Digha. Thanks to the team of Santiniketan, specially to the person at front desk.
