The rooms are big enough, but not cosy. Due to the close proximity to the Kanchenjunga, it is very cold all throughout. The staff is very courteous and helped us plan our Pelling trips. The restaurant food is delicious & their service is quick. The view of the Kanchenjunga from rooms 301 & 302 is fabulous and best.

I have read very good reviews of this hotel and have choosen this above all other hotel choices in pelling. I was hoping for a good family vacation. It was a terrible experience overall. Pelling is a small town with limited facilities if you view it as a tourist place. With this backdrop, I would really like to congratulate Chiminda staff for their good management of the hotel. Rooms are specious, clean. We liked the food and hospitality of the staff. Overall a nice experience at Chiminda and Pelling!

The rooms were very clean.Also the view from the balcony was superb in the early morning you could actually see the mountains view.You will get good veg stuffs.The staff were very helpful and the service was excellent.Would recommend this hotel if you visit pelling.
