We stayed there for a night in April 2012. Well furnished room with double bed and TV. The breakfast was average. It cost around 67 Euro per night including breakfast and city tax. It was bit expensive. Fontainebleau palace is around 15 ~20 min by walk.

Very convenient for visiting Fontainebleau (palace, forest and town) and train from Avon to Gare de Lyon, Paris. Quiet setting with parking and comfortable beds. Wifi available but bathroom a little cold.

The hotel is very basic, as expected from the category but my bathroom floor had been damaged and the bathroom door was falling apart from the mold, kind of disgusting. Perfect price and very clean, rooms feel like a typical Ikea reno stage. It is walking distance to the train station, but quite a long walk from Fontainebleau downtown. Staff friendly and will definitely stay there again on my way to Paris.

Used this hotel before, excellent value for money including the breakfast. Went with another family who had a siginficantly smaller room than mine but the staff were brilliant at changing the room. Nice walk into Fontainebleau eitther through town or via a wood. very near the station for links into Paris
