people looking for economy class best hotel for it. we booked four rooms and out of four there were two rooms without running hot water. hotel staff provided hot water in bucket. Location of the hotel is very good.

Hotel rooms are very basic.and service o.k,No facilities in the room at the range of 2000.00 +Taxes.We only stayed for 6-7 hours to spend a night.Staff behavior was ok and location is fine.Washrooms had hot and cold water but old styled and poorly maintained.No power back up is provided and even the plug point in the room was not functional... I stayed there for a single night during my trip to kashmir last year. Big rooms, well maintained, with a balcony. I like the behaviour of staff..they are freindly and helping. Food is okay.. Cozy place to live.. Far away from main tourist place, and view points. All i can say.Okay place to spend 1 or 2 nights.

The poor experience at the overpriced hotel is just terrible as the hotel is 5 km before destination and does not offer even 10% value of money ... they showed differentiated behaviou to cleartrip customers...the hpotel is poorely maintained and lacked basic facilities...

I went to this Hotel on my trip to Vaishno Devi, and found it very good. And want to recommend it to the people who want to go to Patnitop - Snow Clad Mountains give the best shot to it.
