First of all the hotel does not look at all like the photos that can be found on their official web page. Beds are not comfortable and room was very cold (stayed in april). The breakfast was good. During my stay they were organizing some events in the lobby so guests could not use it completely

This is only a 3 star hotel but in many ways seems much better. The best part - the breakfast. It was like going to a top class supermarket and choosing all your favourite foods and having them presented to you on the breakfast table. The hotel is located in Louise avenue.There you can find some good restaurants and shops.To reach the Grand Place you need to catch a taxy or tram.Metro is about 15 minutes walking. Very nice breakfast for free.Some table have the pc and the use is free.Good for business while for tourists should be better something more near the centre.

On the plus side, the rooms may be a tad shabby and basic but they are clean. Very unfriendly and rude recepionists. We asked them to book some taxis, they agreed and when the time was there to be picked up, we were told they didn't book them and they didn't apologise for it. Hotel out of date, cheap design, feels like downmarket hostel
