We( 2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in the fuki room with the outside onsen, it was fab. Tomo and his staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. They always made sure that we had a way to get to the various slopes that we wanted to go to, and the meals there were top nosh. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and can't recommend them enough.

Special thanks to the owner of this hotel who looked after us so well. Clean, comfortable and kind. Although we were out of season we were looked after like royalty. Expensive, but worth it!
