Stay here only if funds are short or if you are on benefits. Our room was fantastically clean but appeared to have emerged (largely unscathed) from continuous use since the 1970s. In particular, the dark brown bathroom was a miserable place to be.

Family run cosy and intimate hotel. Perfect place to spend 4 days during Christmas. Whilst snow and ice outside added to the atmosphere, it was wonderful to return to our hotel to perfect warmth. this hotel is situated in the centre of mittersill which is a small pretty ski town in the winter and popular with hikers in the summer. we have no problem in locating it on our return from grossglockner. room is big, renovation is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. breakfast is v good, staff v friendly and helpful. have... We stayed only night at this Hotel. It is a cozy place located near the town centre. We took two rooms and although one of them was a little small, it was a corner room with great views of the mountains and the Schloss. They have a very nice complimentary Sauna and infra-red room.
