It really doesn't merit one point. No curtains in the room, filthy and cigarette burnt carpets, broken cord on light in bathroom, hole in shower curtin. Generally looking unkempt and dirty. Light, bright and clean. Fabulous location. The view alone is worth staying here for. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Music from the function room can be heard but that didn't bother us. We will definitely be coming back.

Good value for money hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, great location on the seafront, just a shame that it was on this particular seafront. Ok so £45 a night, what are you expecting? Bathrooms are a bit tired but clean and everything works. Rooms basic but decent and modern decor.
