I stayed for a few nights in the dormitory here. The establishment is clean and nice, has friendly & helpful manager and the location is great. No complaints at all. I heard the rooms were good too although there are cheaper (probably more basic) options to be had on the Upper Bhagsu Road.

You can get super cheap rooms here but they really are basic. In 2010 I stayed here for just 100 rupees in the single room. Though it is a tiny box with a bed that feels like concrete and the window doesn't open properly. The staff are attentive and shared bathroom is decent. Food is available.
