We checked in en route to another destination, so it was fine for our purposes (merely a crash pad) but...it was dirty, we had someone else's hat/shoes in our room...we didn't feel safe, the door didn't lock very well so my husband put the desk in front of our door. The people seemed nice enough, it just didn't inspire confidence!
