When I booked the hotel, it showed up on the TripAdvisor and Google maps relatively close to the beach and downtown of Porta. Spent a week at the Lonca, wich is situated in midtown, just right next to the post office. 10 minute walk to the sea, and surrounded by little restaurants (most of them pizzeria and corsican specialties), and 1 minute away from the only "nightclub" of the region.
