I stayed at this hotel 1 night in November 2012, with my husband Style: this is a typical European Motel. Reception is open from 8 to 21, then there is an automatic reception only with credit card. “All OK until the bed bugs struck”

Awoke to find I had over 70 bites from insects unknown - very painful and itchy. Staff on duty simply shrugged and said 'c'etait les arrainges'. or something similar. I think they were in a pillow because were mainly on head and arms. Otherwise hotel is good as are other Altica hotels i have used.
