My dad and I stopped off here on a drive to west Cork when we got tired about 10.30pm and they accommodated us no problem. The house is lovely and the rooms were comfortable and warm. The little bar was unexpected and great for a wind down before a sleep at great prices. My favourite part of my short stay... More

Perhaps it was the time of year because the hotel was completely empty. I had requested a King size bed or large bed because my husband and myself are both over 6 ft. We were given a room with a double bed with a footboard which really didn't work well. I was told by the management when we checked out... More

Delightful location with fantastic proximity to Beara peninsula and Beara walks, Glengarriff and Sheep`s head peninsula. Exceptional restaurant for breakfast and dinner with outstanding hospitality. Very specific individualised attention from Management. Overwhelming relaxing retreat suitable for all seasons. Guaranteed value for money, no gimmicks required in these recessionary times. More

This hotel if simply great. Fantastic food, exceptionally clean and tidy hotel. Is a county house atmosphere and very relaxing place to stay. Had great nights sleep in the very comfortble beds. Staff and owner are very friendly and could not do enough to help and make sure our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was fantastic. I simply could not recommend... More

Seaview House Hotel is a Victorian relic, with furniture and fittings to match. The bedroom and sitting are as are filed with heavy, dark elaborate furniture and Victorian china figurines abound. The gardens are beautiful and the view of them from all the rooms (the sea is not visible, being shielded by the high trees in the front of the... More

We stayed in Seaview Hotel at the end of June and really enjoyed our stay. We had a big bright room and the service was excellent. We will definitely come back there again More

We had a one night stay with dinner and breakfast at the Seaview House Hotel, and thought it was charming. A lot of time and effort has gone into making the hotel welcoming and comfortable. The hotel is immaculate, with antiques and artwork everywhere. - the flower displays were beautiful. The rooms are generous and clean, and the staff are... More

Kathleen was there to greet us,she got someone to show us to our room, which was huge and overlooked the gardens-it was a beautiful room and so peaceful.Onto the dinner-4 courses, and every one was fantastic, cant praise this counrty home enough, and a special... If the irish Tourist Board wishes to find the source of the "irish welcome" they need look no further than this wonderful small hotel located perfectly outside Bantry. I booked in on very short notice for 1 night and was not quite sure what to expect. Within 10 minutes I knew I would be staying a second night. I have... More

Just got to take 1 night away and chose Seaview House Hotel. Perfect! The wonderful location close to Beara. The beautiful garden to view as you arrive with such wondeful colour from the sup tropical plants which flourish in this micro climate. A warm welcome and our lovely room, so comfortable, so calming. We enjoyed dinner and a lovely bottle... More
