We spent a night in the property as a step in our holidays. At the petrol station, they suggested us Sli Dala as a good B&B. The two rooms we occupied were very nice, clean, well furnished.... excellent! The owner suggest what to do during the afternoon in the city and surrondings. After a marvellous breakfast talking a bit with... More

Marie..Thank you so much for your warm welcome and scones and rhubar pie that you greeted us with upon arrival! After checking in (which) we did early , we had a chance to rest in this comfortable B& B. The beds were good, the shower great and location was perfect. the grounds were lovely. We met some other americans while... More

We stopped at Sli Dala for one night and can thoroughly recommend it. Marie greeted us with scones and tea which were much appreciated after a long journey. The room was spacious and clean with an excellent breakfast More

we were on our way from Dublin Airport to the west and simply stumbled, bleary eyed and weary, into Marie's welcoming arms. It was like being welcomed by a loving and concerned auntie. Seeing howtired we were she simply made a pot of tea and sent us to a warm, clean bed! the next morning she came ready with an... More

When we arrived, our first thoughts were confirmed: the Sli Dala B&B was so comfortable and nice as we imagined after finding it on the web. Easy to find and close to the town this B&B is a great place to stay if you are visiting Ireland, Roscrea it's filled with pubs and beautiful corners and landscapes, and it was... More

We booked in for two nights with the view to using this as a base to travel from. Marie, the owner gave us great advice about what to and the best way to do it. She gave us a very warm welcome, fresh scones and a cup of tea! The room was very nice, comfortable bed and delicious food. We... More

This B&B was like home away from home. Marie gave us a very warm welcome on arrival and offered tea and scones. Marie suggested venues for our evening meal and offered to drive us there. In the morning we thoroughly enjoyed a sumptious breakfast, again with freshly baked scones and an Irish breakfast. Joe was equally very welcoming and helpful.... More

Roscrea is a great place to stay when travelling to Dublin, as we did from Dingle. The town is interesting, and on our arrival at Sli Dala we were treated to scones and tea . Marie also advised us where to eat out in the evening and even gave us a lift! Breakfast was also plentiful with more scones!! Recommended. More

We stayed only one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. Marie reminded me of the women in my family, warm, funny, not shy about expressing an opinion and ready to laugh at the drop of a hat. She and Joe were helpful with suggestions on where to eat and what made Roscrea special. They clearly love their little... More

My family and I had a wonderful stay with Marie at her B&B. And even though we only stayed one night, we had plans before we arrived to stay multiple nights there because we thought we could see Ireland by "spoking out" from one centrally located spot (like Roscrea), but Marie talked us out of it saying we would have...
