We really loved this place - especially the view, although volcano El Arenal was quite well hidden those days. The room was very nice, although a renovation in the near future would be good. Ellen is a wonderful host and the breakfast is just delicious.

Very clean and comfortable accommodations, privacy with pretty surroundings. There was an excellent view of the volcano, even from the hot tub, and it was the only hot tub I found in Costa Rica that was actually hot! The place was good, service was good as well. Nice view of the volcano, especially from the jacuzzi. The road from la fortuna is very bad, full of bumps, since it is inside the national park. Difficult to move from there if u want to get lunch or dinner at la fortuna
