Having read some of the bad reviews, did wonder if hotel would be ok. It was brilliant! We are young at heart grandparents taking daughter and two year old granddaughter . The food was excellent with plenty of high chairs for little ones. The pool areas were clean as were the bedrooms. Towels were changed every day as were toiletries.... More

The brochures do mention this is a quiet resort with little outside of the hotel, but there is a bus service 3 minutes walk away that takes you to Ibiza town or to san antonio for a few euros each way. Just got back from a week at this Hotel. Arrived just after midnight. Needed sat nav to find room which was up 4 flights of steps. The Hotel is based in 15 blocks!!!!! No water in room and no free standing water dispencers anywhere so take water if you arrive late!!!! No bell boy to help with luggage, no mention... More
