Definitely good value for the money. I liked the location of Asakusa because it has old (Sensoji temple) and new (Tokyo Sky Tree skyscraper) features. The lobby is full of information, including local maps and brochures and specific instructions on how to get around from there (cost and time of trains, cabs etc to all the hotspots). The staff were... More

Stayed here for a week with my partner as a base to explore Tokyo. The hostel is in a great location--a 2 minute walk away from the Asakusabashi station, right around the corner from a Lawson's and other cheap places to eat. You can walk to Asakusa in 15 minutes. Like most Japanese hotels/hostels it was extremely clean. Taking off... More

Friendly staff, clean facilities, great location. I highly recommend staying here. In an otherwise, quite expensive city, this is the perfect way to see Tokyo without spending a fortune on a hotel. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and very easy access to the Metro system.

to me it just perfect, even tough the hallway is too small, but it's backpacker's hostel, it'll fit your your backpack. the bathroom is clean, the room is fresh (using air freshener machine) and the staff are very helpful. met mami (night staff) and she was nice, friendly and show us the hidden place less tourist. good location, near asakusa,... We spent 4 nights here and loved it so much that we went back for our last nights in Japan at the end of our trip! The staff is great and extremely helpful, and like most hostels, they have tons of information about what to see, where to go, etc. When we arrived, they had flags hanging from our country... More

This hostel is 15 mins walk from the metro and everytime you must pass the famous bridges there. If you have a big suitcase would take longer and they don't have lift there. Lucky that the staff helped me to life it up to 3rd floor which is very nice. The heater in the room is warm enough for the... More

There is nothing really to complain about! Staff was generally very helpful; private rooms are small but standard for Tokyo; bathrooms are very clean and well-maintained; transit is very close and there is also a solid running path nearby along the river. I would stay here again (and probably will when I return in May).

Small hostel. Super small room. It's like a walk in closet. However, it was a perfect room to just have your things and sleep :) There are shared bathrooms, and they were always well maintained and cleaned. The staff was more than helpful and very friendly. It was easy to walk out and hop on a subway to get to... More

The location near Asakusa is ideal as it is near two rail stations, 5-10 mins walk depending on your walk speed. Rooms and toilets are clean, there was internet and a well decorated kitchen, everything seemed handy no matter you are staying for long or shorter. Also the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful when it comes to any... More

5-10-min walk from the subway station, so location is good. Complete, and clean amenities for a hostel. Appreciated that the shower room is divided into two, one for the main shower and the other as a changing room. The space is clean, albeit small, but tolerable. The receptionists are friendly, and helpful. Good that there's a vendo right across the... More
