“Affordable hotel with comfortable bed”

Stayed here in a short time last December, 2011 in a single room. Like almost hotel in Suginami, please do not wait for a big room, large bed, the single room of Ark quite narrow (around 12 meter square), only enough for bed, working table and some hotel facilities.
