Very nice staff. Small but spotless room. Great and attentive cleaning staff. Very good location (about a mile East from busy Shinjuku). Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast offer at 1200 Yens is a good deal. There is NO international channels available on TV. Would recommend.

As the title mentioned, the hotel itself only five minutes using subway Marunouchi Line. From Narita airport can take direct Narita express train direct to Shinjuku and take the subway. Located in a quiet area of Tokyo, but so close to everywhere via the subway it's actually the perfect location. The hotel was stunning, and while the room wasn't huge (they never are in Japan) it was perfect. The bed and pillows were also great. The staff were wonderful, very helpful.
