I stayed at Keio plaza hotel in Tokyo last week for one night. The location downtown was great but the price $300 was high like everything is in Tokyo. The rooms need to be brought up to date. They are clean but obviously need to be remodeled. I loved Tokyo and want to return some day but will check out... More

JPY 10,000 for a very large Western-style room with two double beds and a view, per night including breakfast one morning and free internet (LAN), However, this was a promotion and they would not have given us all the perks if we hadn't been able to show them our written confirmation from IPrefer and the hotel in advance. Spent 4 nights here in Tokyo. Stayed here based on TA reviews and friend's recommendation. Requested for connecting rooms when we booked but upon checked in was told not available. A bit of a worry when you are travelling with children but they managed to give us a room on the same floor. Rooms were clean and basic but not... More

We stayed on the 20th floor of Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo on Feb 7, 2012. It is a non-smoking floor. One thing I like about Japan is that, when the hotel gives us a non-smoking room, it is always, almost certain that the room is clean from the bad odor of smokers. The room is spacious for the Tokyo standard... More

After reading other TA reviews, we knew that the standard rooms were dated and looked like a very 1980s budget motel. Luckily, after tracking various discount hotel sites, we found a sale for the Plaza Premier room for a very affordable price. We took the Airport Limousine bus which picked us up right by the terminal exit and dropped us... More

I stayed at the Keio Plaza for three nights in a standard room with 2 friends. I was expecting a luxury, comfortable hotel as advertised. However, the standard rooms were really cheap, budget hotel quality. While the room itself was fairly large (it did have three beds), I have stayed in cheap hotel chains (like Route Inn or Toyoko Inn)... More

At first I was confused by the price quoted at check-in, but after I realized there was no problem. It was the same total price as my reservation, but it seems the calculation method was different. Aside from that, I loved my stay here! The room was spacious and so comfortable. A nice view of the city out the wall-long... More

Stayed three nights on business trip, having stayed once earlier in the year. Upon checlkin I was given room rate that was 50% higher than my last rate and 35% higher that rate on my electronic confirm. When I complained, front desk guy said "Monday is holiday so that's our holiday weekend rate." Fine, but why not tell me at... More

We've stayed at the Keio Plaza on four trips to Japan. The room are generally very large. The views can be outstanding. The staff are very helpful and most speak English, at least somewhat. Shinjuku is a pretty good base. The station is the busiest in the world, so you might want to try to avoid ruh hour to catch... More

This hotel is located quite near to the JR Line and the Odedo line is just besides it. So it is easy to move around in Shinjuku area and to other parts of Tokyo. The hotel room is spacious by Tokyo standard and is really true value for money. More
