Thanks to the previous reviewers of this hotel who with their positive reviews led us to it. It is as promised well located, excellent value with great amenities and service. It is easy to access from subway, JR and close to a multitude of eating places, coffee shops and convenience stores. Room amenties allow meal preparation in own room if... More

I have stayed here on multiple trips to Tokyo and wouldn't choose another hotel! The location is great- a quiet neighbourhood right in the centre of Shinjuku with lots of restaurants, shops and cafes nearby. If you don't feel like eating out, you can take the advantage of your fully equipped kitchen (and there is a convenience store conveniently located... More

Based on Tripadvisor reviews we chose this hotel for our stay in Tokyo in January. We were very pleased by what we found. Spacious rooms, equipped with fridge/stove/hot water kettle and all amenities. Clean and comfortable bed, satellite TV. Free internet (cable in hotel) or WIFI in the lobby. Gym is very small (treadmill is about it). The breakfast is... More

Had spent 4 nights here for the new year. Was on the 7th floor when the earthquake struck tokyo on new years day. Thoroughly enjoyed the local shopping scene that shinjuku had to offer. This property is an epitome of practical japanese living in crowded tokyo, where one can find 3 individual beddings with satelite channel flat tv, fully functionong... More

We have stayed 3 times here and each time has been a pleasant experience. The rooms are small by western standards but by Japanese standards they are fine. They are quiet well appointed but if you use the pull out sofa bed there is very limited space, its best to pack it away in the morning and only open when... More

We stayed for 5 nights altogether. Sleep quality was very good, and the apartments very quiet. However we shared the experience of another reviewer. That is, we had 3 adults in what should be a room for two. I booked through otels.com.au and paid for "a triple room". In reality what we got was a double room with a sofa... More

We mistakenly booked this apartment for February 2012 when we meant to book it for January. This was our mistake but the manager went to a lot of trouble to make sure we would be accommodated for the 4 nights we needed. This was not an easy thing for them in busy Tokyo, especially since it was totally our mistake... More

I stayed here with my friend for three nights before we took off to other areas of Tokyo and it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Two twin beds and room was stylish, roomy and most importantly - it's clean and roomy! For some reason the next 2 places I stayed at in Japan were very... More

Stayed here for 2 nights this week on the opinions of others expressed here. I have to say I share all of the sentiments given towards this place. The sleep quality is high, the staff amazingly polite and exceptionally good at English. The rooms are clean and yes by Japanese standards big. They are also exceptionally good value when compared...
