As mentioned, the rooms are TINY, but it's what you get in Tokyo, they are immaculately clean and well stocked with supplies. The rooms are modern and there was free high speed internet. The hotel also had laundry facilities for about 500Yen. The breakfast buffet is a little bit boring and isn't changed much say to day, but wasn't an... More

Dear SirNicholasP, Thank you very much for taking your time to comment on your recent stay with us. It is a pleasure to hear that you were satisfied throughout your stay. Absolutely amazing location, right near the Golden Gai. The free buffet was pretty useless, but maybe that's because we are vegetarian and therefore had not much at all to choose from. Meat eaters might find the buffet better. Still, can't complain with free food. Rooms are tiny but cute, and I was really comfortable. The toilets, as in most of... More

We stayed here for 4 nights in January, on our first ever trip to Japan. The location is excellent, in the heart of Shinjuku. It provides a great opportunity to explore the local area, especially at night when it comes alive with bars, restaurants and girls shows! The hotel is about 8-10 minutes walk from the train station, allowing access... More

Love the hotel's location in the heart of Shinjuku. Just a 5 or 8 minute walk to JR Shinjuku station. Loads of restaurants nearby including your Burger King and KFC. Rooms are on the small side but still quite reasonable for Tokyo. Very modern design and good front desk staff. Free internet is available in the rooms but ONLY by... More

We had a double room, which was small but considering, including breakfast i paid $150 per night it was excellent value. It's right near some great department stores and 220m from the train station. The red light district didn't bother us. The rooms were clean and recently renovated. Breakfast was good considering it was 'included' but don't pay extra for... More

The location of the hotel is not very near... More

I stayed here for two nights and found it to be clean, modern and overall a great hotel experience. My room was big with a really huge bathroom, the hotel provided two free bottles of water, slippers, pyjamas, towels, a hairdryer, shoe-shining items and lots of toiletries. The breakfast buffet was good (mixture of traditional Japanese food like miso as... More

Stayed at best western hotel at Tokyo Shinjuku area for 6 nights, standard double room. Location is superb as it is surrounded by all the eateries, night life and shopping centers in Shinjuku. We did pass by some night clubs with staff standing outside and looking for business, but I think it is fine as they won't harass you if... More

I liked the room in general especially its layout and the ultra-modern bathroom, plus I enjoyed the hotel modernity, its feel-good, general cleanliness and safety atmosphere. Front desk staff speak adequate English and seem friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from Shinjuku station IF you manage to take the right exit, in a Shinjuku area... More
