Advantages: Great location, walking distance from Tokyo station. 2 convenience stores near by. Very clean (if you are not a smoker make sure to book a non-smoking room ahead). Disadvantages: staff are friendly but limited English. Room small however this was expected.

Super friendly staff, poor english tough. coffe free @mornings. Close to subway and easy access. Nice area to stay, pretty nice restaurants in the area. Business district so is quiet during night. Clean, small but functional rooms. I would stay again for sure!!

For those who are from Malaysia, arriving late at Haneda Airport won't be a problem. You can take a bus from Haneda to T-CAT, and walk from there to this hotel. Room is small, yet, cozy. Easy access to metro & there are two or three convenience store nearby. It is definitely recommended!
